The power of

the end of the money?
Do
you ever feel like you're all alone in
these struggles? Well, you're not! God
tells us that we're not supposed to
worry (Matthew 6:25-34) - about
anything. Light of the World offers
support and resources for those of us
who need help trusting God with our
finances through the TGIF group.

The power of
community...
...to co-create
the future |
|
Now that we’re into our third year, we’ve got some big
decisions ahead of us. At the end of the summer, outside
funding stops and we celebrate Financial Independence
Day. Will we be in a solid position? We also have an
opportunity to purchase land on Cedar Avenue. Should we
buy land now? What is God calling us to do and be in
Dakota County?
Let’s talk. All of us.
In February and the first part of March, we’re holding
15 house meetings. And we’d like 100 percent of our
households to take part in one. Come and get fully
informed. Celebrate what God is doing among us. Come
together as community and listen to God’s Spirit moving.
Sign up for a house meeting at worship, or by contacting
Jeremy Mann -
mannj@frontiernet.net . To see times and
locations that are available,
people who want to be part of this conversation are
welcome. Don’t procrastinate. Do it today.
There’s already a ton of energy around these house
meetings. People are opening up their homes. People are
already starting passionate conversations about our
future. So, start praying now. Pray for God to give us
wisdom as we listen to God and to each other, for the
sake of the world God loves so much.
Woo-hoo!
