• The LOTW Online
Photo Directory will be accessible at www.lotwl.com .
• Connect with LOTW people. See their
photos!
READ THIS FIRST! We will launch the
directory in two phases:
• Phase 1 – all of November – Review your
contact information and upload a family
photo. (During November, when you log in,
you will NOT see a completed directory.
You’ll see the software that’s used to
create the directory.)
• Phase 2 – December – when you log in,
you’ll be able to view (and print, if you’d
like) the directory as a non-editable
document, which LOTW staff will continue to
update.
Phase 1 – All of November: You oughta be
in pictures!
In an effort to get the directory completed
as quickly as possible, we’re soliciting
your help.
We Need Your Help: Action item for all LOTW
people!

attached to an email that you received from
Light of the World in late October. (You may

Online Photo Directory Instructions, but you
will need to contact Lana Hedlund at

in page.
3. Log in to the directory site.

your contact information, taking or

• You may opt out of the directory.
Phase 2 – December and beyond: Another
way to connect with community.
The completed directory becomes available
after December 1. We’ll move from an
editable “mode” to a non-editable directory.
1. Following November’s “open editing” month
– our photo directory account password will
be changed. We will notify you of the new
information.
2. Once the password is changed, you will be
able to access the completed directory to
view or print – but as a non editable
document.
3. LOTW staff will continue to add new
people and maintain information.
